I thoroughly enjoy my Samsung Gear! The app helps me keep up with new features and updates. Update: I've used the watch for 6 months, and the battery life has become problematic. I have to take the watch off to charge it halfway through my day! 6 months of use, and it won't hold a charge. I have lots of Samsung products, phones, televisions, and tablets and have come to expect a high level of quality. Now, I'm rethinking that concept.

Breaks every 3 months! Once again, I'm forced to reset my watch, lose my data and settings, and reconnect it to my phone as if it were a new watch. WHY? This is the worst customer experience I have ever had with a device. I will never purchase a Samsung watch ever again. I lose hours every time I go though this and it never works quite as well as it did before. Thanks for nothing, Samsung.

So frustrated. Now every time I get a messenger call my watch keeps going off for an incoming call and will not stop or hangs up when you try to dismiss it. My husband and daughter are having the same issues for there watches as well. The only way to fix it is by turning off the Bluetooth and then whats the point it it can't be connected. It only started happening within the last month or so
