Description

This task involves the work of making the Reference Check available by default to people are not registered and people who have made ≤100 cumulative edits, per the default configuration at all Wikipedias except those listed at T366381 and T367343.

Said another way: all Wikipedias except those listed at T366381 and T367343.

Configuration values

The configuration values specified in T330112, and reflected on mw:Configuration values#Configurable values, should remain unchanged.

@Trizek-WMF: note I revised the planned deployment timing from Monday (17 June) to Tuesday (18 June) to afford us some additional time to refine the DIff post this deployment depends on being published.
