Perf Control

Perf Control is an interesting program that lets you take control of your physical activity's statistics letting you personalize and generate stats that adapt to your abilities.

This program will let you manage different profiles that can be used by the whole family in order to help you reach optimized physical shape.

As a default, Perf Control has numerous exercises and activities that you can use which include the option to configure the measurement of certain aspects such as the exercise's duration, it's toughness, the accessories that are required, etc. (although if you want to increase the exercise in question you'll have no problem doing so).

Perf Control needs you to update your profile with the exercises that you are working on, as well as occasionally indicating some details such as weight or height so that you can properly plot your stats of your physical shape.
