OpenTTD

OpenTTD is an open source remake of the classic strategy game 'Transport Tycoon Deluxe' from 1995. In it, you must create a transport network between different cities that will be profitable and fill your pockets with cash.

The normal game takes place between 1950 and 2050. During this time players must reach the highest position possible by developing a good and constant source of income, a huge fleet of vehicles and lots of goods delivered to their destinations.

To begin with players can use cars and vans to establish basic trade routes that don`t generate a great deal of money. However, as you advance through the game you have the possibility to establish air and sea routes that will greatly increase your income (generally).

Of course, as the game progresses and the years go by, the technology in the game will also develop. In this way, you will benefit from the new technologies emerging and, as such, you must always keep up to date.
