C2CA is excited to welcome Marco Andres Auza Sanchez, our new Research Engineer. Marco brings a solid foundation in #ElectromechanicalEngineering from his early career and through the Master in Systems Control and IT (MiSCIT) program at Université Grenoble Alpes, focusing on #SystemsControl and #IT. Marco’s expertise in Thermal Modeling, Automatic Control Design, and advanced multivariable control techniques will greatly enrich our team. Marco also has practical skills in Thermal Modeling, Automatic Control, and Physical Systems Modeling, demonstrating a comprehensive approach to engineering solutions. With practical R&D experience acquired at #CERN on the cryogenics control system of the Atlas Experiment, Marco's expertise also extends to optimizing control systems for complex applications. Marco will be contributing to the #DETOCS project hosted by C2CA Technology B.V., with expert supervision from Priyadharshini (Priya) Perumal and Yongli Wu at Delft University of Technology, coordinated by FLSmidth. His research involves developing a process model for the decentralized production of cementitious binders, from data acquisition to deploying optimal control in a suitable model to ensure quality control. #greencement #C2CA

C2CA Awarded CITADEL Grant to Fully Electrify Waste Concrete Upcycling Process! We are thrilled to announce that C2CA Technologies is participaintg in project CITADEL, part of European Commission’s Horizon Europe Program. CITADEL , which stands for "substitution of fossil Combustion in Industrial high-Temperature processes by ADvanced ELectrical and plasma heating technologies," aims to revolutionize high-temperature industrial processes ranging from 400°C to 1750°C. With this grant, C2CA will replace its current bio-diesel burner technology with an advanced, fully electric version, offering significant benefits such as reduced emissions, less noise, enhanced temperature control, and improved process performance.
