Background in Electro-Science, Electro-Physics, Radio-Science, Radio Physics. I work with Rubidium Vapor and Cesium Beam "Atomic Clocks" ~ Primary Intrinsic Time and Frequency Standards. Recently been submerged into Network Engineering issues and problems to resolve IP Discontinuities, Packet Losses, Failed Ping Tests, Failed Traceroute Tests and General Failed IP Network Diagnostic Tests to a certain destination IP address once established as stable and operational. Currently seeking Network Engineering help and reflections from experts in the field to resolve the intermittent IP disconnect problems that are being experienced at my site. I have collected data captures to share on the resultant diagnostic tests that include both ping and traceroute test results.
