Запись Relaxing50 разблокировали, а потом заблокировали обе учетные записи, мотивируя тем, что их две. Я не собираюсь пользоваться старой записью. Block Adjustment Request

user:118.99.64.0/18 is vandalizing En-Wikipedia. Even though they have a global block, the block is currently disabled on En-Wikipedia.2601:240:CD00:32C3:7015:3BFE:258:6D3E 12:14, 4 March 2022 (UTC)

My edits on Incubator being reverted by MF-Warburg without explanation

MF-Warburg reverted my edits on Incubator without explaining why. You should revoke his administrator and bureaucrat statuses temporarily and ask him why he reverted my edits. I explain every revert I make. Faster than Thunder (talk) 01:20, 10 March 2022 (UTC)

You were creating and editing pages in several languages you obviously don't know (and also listing a test-wiki on the list of most-active test-wikis that had no edits recently). This is the behaviour of several LTAs on Incubator. What do you expect? You should only edit in languages you do know. --MF-W 11:11, 10 March 2022 (UTC)

@MF-Warburg: Are you looking at the correct user's contribs? Per the user's userpage, they understand English, Tamil and Spanish. Pages created there were in Tamil and edits were more of maintenance edits to (fix) link pages. While the addition of Wy/tt to the active was incorrect, I don't think this is a blockable thing. And AFAIK, the LTAs you're talking about mainly go around messing with creating new test wikis and creating machine translations. To note, I'm a relatively new sysop there so if I pointed out the wrong things or missed out key points, apologies in advance. --Minorax^«¦talk¦» 15:30, 10 March 2022 (UTC)

User:Minorax: Yes, I am. I hadn't seen that he declared himself to be ta-2 (or ta-1 on enwiki). The ta edits were just some useless "warning to vandal" templates as he had already created in English as userspace subpages. Then also a deleted template creation in Wy/tt, and still visible edits in Wn/bn, Wn/sl, Wy/sk. I thought that was good enough to identify the user as certainly unconstructive, and possibly one of the several LTAs who are plaguing us, as you know (whose classification is often not clear). I have changed the block so this can be pursued on the user's Incubator talk page. --MF-W 16:17, 10 March 2022 (UTC)

    • It is remembered that there are no pages specifically describing it. There aren't many blocks issued on incubatorwiki, and in most cases it's obvious.   • Rechecking after a few time, there are about 50 pages now to be deleted and they are being dealt by locals. This is not something we can deal with a mass delete; we have to carefully look page by page and knowing the language is relevant. Vandalism of translation of Read tab?

As discussed here, the EN-GB translation of the label of the "Read" tab on a Wiki page (as in, Read | Edit | View history), has been changed to "Kenkan". Contrary to the discussion on d:, though, the change hasn't been reverted. Could a Global Sysop/Steward please have a look? Is this vandalism via the TranslateWiki? @It Is Me Here: See en:WP:VPT. Stewards cannot do anything since TranslateWiki is not a Wikimedia wiki, but all bad translations were deleted; we'll just have to wait until the next update from MediaWiki. NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh 12:28, 13 March 2022 (UTC)

Add editautopatrolprotected for GIE and GS

According to IS.php, currently frwiki is the only wiki that uses editextendedsemiprotected for "autopatroller protected" level, while 12 others (ckbwiki, enwiktionary, etwiki, hewiki, lvwiki, srwiki/books/news/source/quote/wikt, viwiki) use editautopatrolprotected for an equivalent restriction level, which is also called "autopatroller protected".

Given that T230103 doesn't seem to be fixed anytime soon, and that GIE already has editprotected, adding editautopatrolprotected should be non-controversial for the time being. NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh 02:57, 26 March 2022 (UTC)

I don't know, they had already the editprotected right and I think that this flag surpasses others flags. For example, I had only editprotected and editsemiprotected right in GS wikis (as GS - see here), and I can edit the pages protected as "only for autopatrolled" (I just made a test on a small wiki). Oh, sorry for previous message, luckily on IRC Novak Watchmen pointed out to me that I'm already autopatrolled in that project. We did a test here and I can't actually edit (or change protection) and I can't set "only autopatrolled" protection on any page (I can set "only autoconfirmed", "only patroller", only "rollbacker" and "only sysops"). @Ruslik0 In Special:Redirect/logid/47227549, you removed the wikiset from the global group. That freed the global sysops to cause mayhem on every wiki! Need someone to delete w:User:NickBerlin87. User page seems to be a continuation of an older version of w:Template:COVID-19 pandemic data, which was changed to a different way of updating that the editor disagrees with; see w:Template talk:COVID-19 pandemic data/Archive 18. While I agree that what NickBerlin87 is doing is pointless, I don't see what speedy deletion criterion it meets (U5 doesn't apply since the user has too many edits to pages outside their own userspace). * Pppery * _{it has begun} 21:47, 16 March 2022 (UTC)

Help with adding Auto-Citation in my Home Wikipedia

(non-steward comment) @Likhasik: I'm pretty sure that this is not in stewards/global sysops/interface editors' scope. However, I think I know what you're looking for. The extension is called Citoid, and to install it locally, please see the installation manual. I'm unfamiliar with it, so sorry that I can't provide a step-by-step guideline.
