User name not hyperlinked in a comment although the user exists
In this question, I can find this comment in which the username user105127 is not hyperlinked to the user profile.
I think that this is a bug.

Post editors are not suggested recipients for @-addressing
There is no username popup suggesting completion when typing an editor's user name prefix.
