Notice about title[]

The title is actually "Võx", not "Vox" – please, however, continue to link it to the latter until further notice. –Gvsualan (talk) 13:59, 13 April 2023 (UTC)

Is there any indication that the title was supposed to be "Vōx", but they didn't have a macron in the titling font? –Dave314159 (talk) 16:43, 26 April 2023 (UTC)

Yes. Look at the title card on the page. –Gvsualan (talk) 16:45, 26 April 2023 (UTC)

I mean "Vōx", as opposed to "Võx".  It's a subtle difference, but the "o" has different accents in each case. –Dave314159 (talk) 17:16, 26 April 2023 (UTC)

You've have to ask them. Also, these indents are correct. Please don't change them. –Gvsualan (talk) 19:17, 26 April 2023 (UTC)

In universe date[]

Are we remembering that the Enterprise took 4 days to get to Q'onoS? Archer's log entry comes towards the end of the journey, not the beginning. The ship was launched on April 12, not April 16th. Confirmed by Blass and Matalas on Twitter multiple times. --TimPendragon (talk) 10:48, 15 April 2023 (UTC)

And since it's apparently all over the place there... do you at least have some links to share rather than making everyone search through both of their timelines? -- Sulfur (talk) 11:43, 15 April 2023 (UTC)

Here's one for you, from Dave Blass. Was writing on the go earlier, and couldn't get Twitter up. --TimPendragon (talk) 04:55, 16 April 2023 (UTC)

if this about the day i may have addded, it was taken directly from the MA article for April and "Broken Bow", so this was a long standing error....which still stands.–Gvsualan (talk) 20:31, 16 April 2023 (UTC)

Yep. April 16th is when they get Klaang back from the Helix and push the final way to Qo'noS. The ship launched 4 days earlier (per episode dialogue) and the episode started a few days prior to launch (I'll need to double check how long). But the date range for "Broken Bow" should at least be 12 April to 16 April, not just 16 April. --TimPendragon (talk) 23:07, 16 April 2023 (UTC)

I just read through the transcript. The story begins three days before the ship was due to be launched for a trip to Neptune. The trip to Qo'noS would have taken four days. So, it would be about April 13 when the story began, not April 12.Memphis77 (talk) 23:41, 16 April 2023 (UTC)
Actually, before April 9th would seem more accurate for when the story began, given that Archer requested three days to get the ship ready for a hastened launched, plus four days to get to QonoS. This is obviously not counting the detour to Rigel X and the location of the Suliban Helix, nor the fact that the 16th was merely the day they discovered the Suliban Helix and had not yet recovered Klaang, nor been to QonoS yet. So, in reality, we have nothing before and after to tanglibly work with to establish a concerete launch date. Just mid-April.--Gvsualan (talk) 01:27, 17 April 2023 (UTC)

Two Starfleets?[]

Regarding the line:

One of bravery, perseverance and sacrifice that would lead to the birth of what we know today as Starfleet.

by Elizabeth Shelby, in the text it is said that this seems to be a continuity error and that she probably meant the United Federation of Planets.
On the contrary, can't this be a confirmation of the fact that the Starfleet seen on Star Trek: Enterprise is a formally different entity than the one that came after the formation of the Federation?
It might be they have the same name and similar objectives, but the one of Earth origin dissolved on the creation of the Organization as we know now. Lucamauri (talk) 14:21, 15 April 2023 (UTC)
