Sacred Chamber

The Sacred Chamber was a large cavern on Majalis that housed the machinery built by ancient Majalans to sustain their airborne civilization. It contained a "throne" where the First Servant, a child, was connected to the machine to keep it functioning until their death.

In 2259, the Majalan Ruling Council granted Captain Christopher Pike permission to accompany the new First Servant to the Chamber and witness his ascension. He was the first non-Majalan allowed to do so. (SNW: "Lift Us Where Suffering Cannot Reach")
