Paul Elliot is a puppeteer and special effects artist who worked as operator of the Andorian antennae on several episodes of Star Trek: Enterprise. Together with Allan A. Apone and John Fifer, he founded the special effects company Makeup & Effects Laboratories which worked on several Star Trek productions. [1]

In 1995, Elliot, Fifer, and Apone worked as puppeteers for the Reptohumanoid hatchling on the Star Trek: Voyager second season episode "Parturition", as listed on the call sheets.

In 2001, Elliot worked with Fifer and Heide Pendergast as operator for the Andorian antennae of Jeffrey Combs, Jeff Ricketts, and Steven Dennis on the first season episode "The Andorian Incident". He received no credit for this work but is listed on the call sheets of the episode.

Together with Apone, he also operated the Andorian antennae on the fourth season episode "Kir'Shara". And together with Don Coleman the Andorian antennae for Jeffrey Combs and Jasmine Anthony on the final episode "These Are the Voyages...".

Other projects on which Elliot and his company worked on include Beastmaster 2: Through the Portal of Time (1991, with James Avery, Michael Berryman, Carl Ciarfalio, Larry Dobkin, Charles Hyman, Rex Pierson, Wayne Péré, Dick Warlock, Frank Welker, and Dan Woren), Skeeter (1993, with Charles Napier, Jay Robinson, Michael J. Stevens, and Richard Herd), Spy Hard (1996, with Michael Berryman, Keith Campbell, Carl Ciarfalio, Paul Eliopoulos, Andrew English, Bruce Gray, Kevin Grover, John Kassir, Diane and Elaine Klimaszewski, Clyde Kusatsu, Katherine Moffat, Peewee Piemonte, Mickey Cassidy, and Kevin Michael Richardson), Resurrecting the Champ (2007, with Rachel Nichols and Teri Hatcher), the horror comedy Zomboobies! (2014), Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014, with Stan Lee, Alan Dale, Zack Duhame, Danny Pudi, Steven Culp, Pat Healy, and Cullen Chambers), and the horror thriller The Row (2018).

In 2014, Elliot worked as part of Makeup & Effects Laboratories on the Trek fan project Prelude to Axanar, along with Allan A. Apone, Brad Look, and Kevin Haney. The project was produced by Alec Peters and Ryan T. Husk and featured Tony Todd, Kate Vernon, J.G. Hertzler, and Gary Graham.
