The Orion script and characters were introduced in ENT: "Borderland", with additional "fonts" designed for the Orion embassy outpost in DIS: "Will You Take My Hand?" and "That Hope Is You, Part 1".
The Orion script used on Star Trek: Discovery correlates directly to Roman alphabet letters/numbers and can be "translated." [1]
