The Kili were a spacefaring humanoid species with bulbous heads, large eyes, and four-fingered hands.
In 3189, a group of Kili refugees were being treated at Federation Headquarters for prions, that were causing terminal cascade failures in their nervous systems. They had been infected after consuming mutated plants at Urna. The USS Discovery was able to obtain samples of unmutated Urna plants from the USS Tikhov, from which they synthesized an antidote to save the Kili. (DIS: "Die Trying")
