Jennifer was a Human colonist who lived on Finibus III during the mid-23rd century. She and her daughter, Fig, were two out of roughly one hundred survivors of a Gorn attack on that colony in 2259 that resulted in the death of hundreds of colonists, including her husband. They both managed to escape aboard a cargo vessel before they were rescued by the USS Enterprise, but were both later killed in the subsequent Gorn attack that destroyed their ship and nearly crippled the Enterprise.
