The bowl in Zorn's office
The grape was a fruit from Earth with a sweet taste. Typically grown in a vineyard, grapes came in red and white varieties. Wines (and non-alcoholic grape juices) were products made from grapes. Grapes could also be dried to make raisins.
In 2270, what appeared to be grapes were among the fruit served on a platter to Kirk, Spock, and McCoy while they were temporarily being held in the Lactra VII zoo. (TAS: "The Eye of the Beholder")
Also in 2270, what appeared to be purple grapes were among the fruit on a platter on the dining table on the USS Enterprise. Later, green grapes were among the items that the food synthesizer spat out at Montgomery Scott. (TAS: "The Practical Joker")
Groppler Zorn offered Commander William T. Riker a bowl of Earth fruits, including grapes, strawberries, and bananas, when he visited Zorn in his office in Old Bandi City. (TNG: "Encounter at Farpoint")
The Picard family vineyards, located in La Barre, France, grew grapes for wine production. (TNG: "Family", "All Good Things...") The Boimler family in Modesto, California were raisin farmers with their own vineyards that included red and white grape varietals for that purpose. (LD: "Grounded", "Crisis Point 2: Paradoxus")
Grapes were mentioned in the final draft script of TOS: "The Corbomite Maneuver" (dated 3 May 1966), as that script referred to the Fesarius as being "in the shape of a round cluster of grapes." This allusion was written out of the teleplay by the time a second revised final draft of the script (dated 20 May 1966) was issued.
A bunch of grapes appears on the seal for the Terran Winemakers Association certificate which would have appeared in the Picard family album.
