Doctor Findlay was a physician in the Doctor's Family Program Beta-Rho, created by The Doctor aboard the USS Voyager.
In B'Elanna Torres' revised version of the holoprogram, "Kenneth" and Charlene's daughter, Belle, was critically injured in a parrises squares game. Findlay and Kenneth operated on her for three hours, but were unable to stop her brain from hemorrhaging. Unable to deal with the reality that Belle was dying, Charlene went to speak with Findlay.
