A maze toy
A bead maze was a type of toy that involved several brightly colored beads and intertwined loops of wire. The object was to move the bead to the bottom of the loop.
In 2367, one of these mazes was present in the USS Enterprise-D classroom when Alexander Rozhenko showed up for his first day of school. (TNG: "Reunion")
