Melody

Melody is an application to manage and publish content on your blog. It's based on Movable Type, and thanks to a huge list of plugins and add-ons, you can use it to create anything from a simple weblog to a large company website.

Before you start using Melody, you need a web server (Apache or Microsoft IIS), Perl 5.8.8 or higher, and either MySQL 4.1 or higher, PostgreSQL, or SQLite.

Once you have everything you need to run Melody, you can do almost anything you want, such as publishing text, video, podcasts, or anything else on your blog.

Melody includes a completely customizable working environment. Although it might seem difficult to use in the beginning, its versatility and ease of use is well worth it in the long run.
