As the inclusive excellence and health equity-focused leadership cabinet for Stanford Medicine, our intention and focus are to serve a broad group of internal and external stakeholders across the enterprise.

Advise Stanford Medicine leadership on diversity, culture, and health equity to:

Establish and integrate diversity, inclusion, and health equity as core values of Stanford Medicine
Further a sense of belonging for all members of Stanford Medicine
Activate constituent groups to improve the health of the communities where Stanford Medicine patients, learners, and employees live and work
Engage the Stanford Medicine community to optimize the equitable recruitment, retention, and advancement of all learners, faculty, and staff
Support community building and education by identifying, sharing, and collaborating on best practices across Stanford Medicine
