About the plugin

Armor trims introduces the Armor trim mod and Trim material mod elements to MCreator, enabling you to create new armor trims and trim materials with a custom color palette. Your armor trims will be colored depending on which trim material is applied, therefore your textures must use the colors from the armor trim palette texture which is provided in this page.

This is a java plugin and requires the java plugins feature to be enabled

2023.4 doesn't work its too glitchy and it wont let me do anything so please make 2023.3

when I put in grayscale texture it only uses the gray texture and doesnt apply colour how do I fix this? I only want vanilla colours.
Im on neoforge

Hey so I made a second armor trim in fabric and for some reason it doesnt show in the game? i mean it shows the texture in the MCreator app thingy and no errors but in minecraft it just shows pink (as in no texture), my other armor trim is working though

Hi, this plugin is great but not exactly what I'm looking for. I would love a way to simply add new trim materials to the *existing* trim patterns. I just want to add new colours, not new patterns. I tried messing around with JSON files to do it manually, but I couldn't get the texture to show in-game.

Can do, but It won't feature custom colors in the armor item. That requires a new item texture for every armor piece of every armor. You might be wondering: can't you just use the base armor textures and automatically generate the textures? I could, but then I'd be including Vanilla Minecraft assets in the plugin, which is something I'm not allowed to do if I want it to stay on the site.
