MCreator Plugin client side global triggers

Hello, how would I make client side triggers in my mcreator plugin? The plugin documentation is not that useful, and does not mention this. Is this possible to do, since I see that client side triggers exist in the native mcreator which would mean that this is probably possible. How would I do this?
