With "surprisingly" , I mean expression not constructed for this purpose. To get a feeling how likely such numbers are , I try to examine those numbers.

It looks like a slightly odd set of conditions in isolation, but if the question has arisen "naturally" from something else, it might be worth seeing if your results for lower powers of $10$ form a known sequence in OEIS or elsewhere.
