Monkeys don't produce a proper random distribution on keystrokes. Not even a Markov-chain of keystrokes.
Given infinite time (and an undying support of monkeys) or just infinite monkeys, they will produce infinite text. But that does not need to imply that Hamlet will be part of this infinite long text. Therefore

There is empirical evidence from such an experiment, possiblyreported by the BBC.
The actual text produced is obviously not that random at all.
