Our Story
Eldor is a story of birth and rebirth. In the 70’s Mr. Forte founded a company which developed high-tension transformers for radio and television. Then reinvented it and brought the same passion for technology to the automotive industry, achieving the company’s current status as an international leader in the industry.

Our headquarters are in Orsenigo, Italy, where it all began. The beating heart of our research and development is in Italy, split among ten research centres. The company has manufacturing plants in Italy, China, Turkey, Brazil and the USA. We also have technical and commercial offices in Germany, USA, China, UK, Brazil, Japan and South Korea.
