Create and initialize Gora master Jenkins job which uses Hadoop 2.X shims

We currently test master branch against Hadoop 1.X.
We support shims layers and should therefore test them within Jenkins the same we do with Hadoop 1.X.
This will take some magic bash or Maven scripting but shouldn't be too difficult.
