Organizational Goals stem from Company's vision and mission. The Organisational goals must provide a road map towards achieving the mission. For the success of the company it's important to have organisational goals cascade down to departments, teams and individuals, who should have definitive measurable KPIs.

How can you use online research to develop a compelling vision for your company?
I strongly believe purpose is an inherent part of the business, the reason why the company exists and the impact it makes. One cannot do online research to find the purpose of the company. Online research is important to map the landscape the business operates it, analyse the competition and accordingly develop a differentiated value proposition.
