We hit the designers jackpot on the first weekend of this July at CARS24, all thanks to After Office Hours! Over 175 talented designers joined us from Delhi-NCR, including graphic designers, UX-UI experts, product designers, illustrators, and the list goes on.. The key note speakers really got us thinking 🧠 Some of the key insights here 💡 Rajat Vallabh from Crex reminded us that in the world of design, code is the canvas and Figma is the brush with some more pixel-perfect insights 🎨 🖌 Tanaya Lal from Blinkit had us on the edge of our seats with insights on how India shops for groceries – it’s all about touch and feel! 🛒🍅  Her user experience tips were as refreshing as a well-stocked fridge. Himanshu Khanna from Sparklin and Openvy came in with the quirkiest goodies and taught us that great design often comes from blending work, play, and a bit of magic. His presentation was pure design gold – or should we say, pop culture perfection? 🆒 😎 And to top it all off, our very own Vikram joined us to greet all the designers and share some insights on what's cooking at CARS24 👨💻 Big thanks to our hosts, Vishant Kumar and Mansi Satyarthi, for steering the event with such flair. "The grass is greener on the other side because a designer worked on it!" When our team wants to have fun, we go all out! This Saturday, we dove headfirst into the world of design. CARS24, in partnership with AOH (After Office Hours), hosted a Design Huddle that brought together over 175 creative minds (graphic, UX-UI, product, illustrators, you name it!) from across Delhi-NCR. We had some seriously cool speakers, and my engineer brain was buzzing with new standout design ideas! Here are some of the standout insights: 🎤 Rajat Vallabh - Head of Product & Design at PARTH - Crex Rajat introduced his "Zoom in, Zoom out" concept, emphasising the importance of seeing problems from both micro and macro perspectives. Sometimes you need to dive into the details, and other times, you need to step back and see the bigger picture. 🎤 Tanaya Lal- User Experience Designer at Blinkit Tanaya highlighted that designing for specific segments is crucial and that one size does not fit all. Her empathetic approach at Blinkit reminded us that human-centric design resonates the most. Design with empathy, because the best designs speak to the heart! 🎤 Himanshu Khanna - Founder of Sparklin and Openvy Himanshu inspired us to "Think outside the box" and embrace continuous learning and experimentation. He shared life lessons on framing challenges as opportunities for growth. Sometimes it just takes the right words to shift your perspective!
