From June 17-21, 2024, Ilia State University's International Relations Office organized the Iliauni International Staff Week 2024, which saw the participation of 30 representatives from European partner universities.

The international staff week is an important platform for enhancing and fostering collaboration with current partner institutions and forging new partnerships, focusing on areas such as Erasmus+ international credit mobility, institutional capacity building projects, doctoral education, and research.

Throughout the week, various workshops and sessions were conducted, involving the Iliauni Development Office, Research Coordination Office, International Doctoral School, and International Students and Programs Marketing Office. These sessions covered topics including international student services, intercultural communication, the promotion of international doctoral studies, and other international cooperation related issues.

Ilia State University has been hosting the International Staff Week annually since 2018.
