𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟮,𝟮𝟮𝟮 𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗪 𝟯 𝘁𝗼 𝗜𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛   In the middle of the year, we were able to manufacture the 2,222 VERSAFLOW 3 at Ersa and install it at INOTECH in the Czech Republic. The company is based in Kaplice and specializes in the assembly of PCBs for small and medium-sized series. The VERSAFLOW 3/35 is already the seventh system at INOTECH. With the inline selective soldering system, INOTECH has found the perfect addition to its machine park in order to realize prototypes and smaller batch sizes and to be able to react flexibly to the soldering requirements on the market. 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗸𝗲𝗿𝗸𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗿𝘀𝗮 Heute durften wir die Technikerklassen 8A & 8B sowie deren beide Lehrer des Walter-Hohmann-Schulverbundes Hardheim bei uns willkommen heißen. Mit der Begrüßung wurde in den Tag gestartet, anschließend bekamen die technikbegeisterten Schüler eine kurze Firmenvorstellung sowie eine Werksführung durch die Ersa. Ein paar unserer derzeitigen Auszubildenden kamen ebenfalls dazu und berichteten kurz über die verschiedenen Ausbildungsmöglichkeiten in unserem Konzern. Nach dem Mittagessen ging es zum praktischen Teil des Tages über – hier durften nun alle 25 Schüler selbst Hand anlegen und das Bauteil „Atom“ gemeinsam nach Anweisung mit Frank Kappel löten. Die beiden Klassen haben jeweils schon Löterfahrung mitgebracht, weshalb sie das Bauteil ohne große Probleme löten konnten.
