Google2SRT is a tool that lets you easily download 'non-embedded' subtitles (closed captions) from any YouTube or Google video.

All you have to do is copy the video's URL on the program's window, select an output folder for the file, and choose the language you want to download the subtitle in (if there are several to choose from). In a few seconds, you'll have them all perfectly downloaded and ready to be played with any other video on your computer.
