We have get quite some issues regarding the intrinsic/inherent image sizing. Some people want this to be in core. In general the more obvious problem is that the current documentation doesn't explain, that there is a plugin at all. This is already fixed in the 3.0 branch. In this PR I also have added a reference to the plugin at another point in the documentation and I now always load the extension in
head.
