From the Microsoft Style Guide:

Voice is either active or passive. Keep it active whenever you can.

The PR updates the sentence structure and layout to use active voicing when possible.

Example:
Old The node-ci repository provides a script for calling GN:
New Run the provided script in the node-ci repository to call GN:
