test: simplify regression test for SEGV

Test was introduced in 08a5b44 as a regression test, and has evolved
since then. Simplify the test so that it doesn't rely on an undocumented
argument to tls.createSecureCredentials().

Confirmation that this reworked test triggers the original bug:

	> credentials = crypto.createCredentials()

@addaleax given #21711 maybe this should be a deprecation, too?

I have a suspicion that it hasn't been used since af80e7b, which I'm trying to build and confirm.

OK, node that old doesn't build easily on ubuntu... I'm building python2.6 from source, I suspect its needed to run the configure script. Still, I think this context arg was used for a credential sharing optimization that disappeared long long ago, and was never used outside of node core. Looks pretty safe to delete. /cc @indutny

I personally don’t see the need for a deprecation, since afaict using this “feature” already requires accessing internals. Let’s just mark it semver-major to be extra sure we’re not breaking anybody unexpectedly?

since then. Simplify the test so that it doesn't rely on an undocumented
argument to tls.createSecureCredentials().
