Refactor/confirm dialog chained call hook

Description

Fixes 【In code node, delete used vars failed】, and refactor the confirm dialog. Make isShowRemoveVarConfirm\removedVar\removedIndex states are useless. Use the chained call hook confirm can make code more clear. More info see https://ant.design/components/modal. Modal.useModal() is recommened!
