Addendum to #8894 to remove the duplicate "Problem" keyword, + remove the "related issues" section to keep this simple. We can add it to the maintainer's section if we want it somewhere. Was there a specific problem you were trying to solve with this @mekarpeles ? I would rather keep this form simple.
