Missions

System Monitoring and Reliability

• Implement and maintain monitoring systems to track the health and performance of cloud platforms
• Analyze metrics and logs to detect performance anomalies or security incidents

Automation and Configuration Management

• Develop scripts or utilize automation tools to manage configurations, deployments, and daily operations of cloud infrastructures
• Automate deployment and continuous integration processes to speed up development and enhance reliability

Incident Management

• Respond swiftly to IT incidents, resolve them, and prepare post-mortem reports to prevent their recurrence
• Work with development teams to ensure a proactive approach to application resilience

Resource Optimization

• Analyze resource usage to identify cost reduction opportunities without compromising performance
• Optimize system performance to improve efficiency and reduce latency

Platform Security

• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices to protect data and cloud infrastructures
• Implement security strategies, such as identity and access management, data encryption, and network segmentation

Collaboration and Training

• Collaborate closely with development teams to incorporate reliability practices into application lifecycle
• Participate in training and mentoring team members on best SRE and cloud practices

Strategic Planning and Innovation

• Participate in capacity planning and scaling strategy for infrastructure
• Explore and evaluate new technologies and tools to continuously improve the platform ecosystem

Technical Documentation

• Write and maintain technical documentation for system operations, configurations, and emergency procedures
• Document architectures, processes, and significant decisions for internal use and compliance

Profil

• At least 8 years experience in similar assignments
• Experience in a start-up / scale-up would be a plus
• Comfortable with our technical stack
• Fluent English, to work with international profiles
