🌬️🔋 Exciting news from Neoen! 🌟 This Friday afternoon, we officially cut the ribbon our windfarm, Storbrannkullen (57.4MW), along with our first big battery, Storen Power Reserve (52MW/52MWh), both already in operation. 📝Nous sommes très fiers d’avoir signé un nouveau corporate PPA en France !   Chaque année, pendant 25 ans, SNCF Voyageurs achètera les 172 GWh produits par la future centrale agrivoltaïque du Couret pour alimenter la traction de ses trains. 🚝 D’une puissance de 139 MWc, le Couret sera la 2️⃣ème plus grande centrale solaire de Neoen en France. Située en Haute-Vienne, elle accueillera un éleveur ovin et deux apprentis qui y conduiront un troupeau de 700 brebis et 1000 agneaux ! 🐏   🤝 Un grand merci à SNCF Voyageurs pour leur confiance et bravo à notre équipe de Neoen en France ! 📝 We are very proud to have signed a new corporate PPA in France! For 25 years, SNCF Voyageurs will buy the 172 GWh annually produced by the future Le Couret agrisolar farm to power its trains. 🚝 With a peak power of 139 MWp, Le Couret will be the 2️⃣nd largest solar farm of Neoen in France. Located in Haute-Vienne, it will be home to a sheep farmer and two apprentices who will manage a flock of 700 ewes and 1,000 lambs! 🐏 🤝 Many thanks to SNCF Voyageurs for their trust, and well done to the Neoen team in France ! 

I am thrilled to share today’s big news that Neoen and Brookfield are planning to accelerate the energy transition together. Neoen is already the largest independent renewable power producer in the world, with close to 10 GW of assets in operation, under construction or shovel-ready projects across 3 continents, and we are a world leader in battery storage. But we can do so much more! Brookfield can take us to the next level, in a very capital-intensive industry. There will be several steps before we can actually join forces. Neoen’s Board of Directors, and myself as Chairman, have expressed our unanimous support for this proposed transaction. We are immensely grateful to all our shareholders, first and foremost Impala, who have supported us over the past 15 years and enabled us to become what we are today.
