🎉 #Hynamics launches (officially!) in the UK. After the launch of Hynamics Deutschland GmbH in Germany in 2020 and several years of development across the channel, Hynamics is now officially established in the UK, through Hynamics UK Limited. True to our DNA, we will support the energy and industrial transformation of players in #industry and #mobility, with tailor-made offers of low-carbon and renewable #hydrogen, up to the production of synthetic fuels for aviation and maritime transport. But we're not so new: over the past 2 years, we've been developing around ten #H2 projects to help accelerate the UK's decarbonisation.   Among these flagship projects, Hynamics UK Limited will develop and construct the Tees Green Hydrogen project locally with our sister company EDF Renewables UK & Ireland. This will see the construction of a 7.5MW electrolyser in the first phase, in the Tees Valley, with two phases of extension - 100MW, then 200MW for the production of e-methanol. The project will provide a boost to local industry and transport by supplying green hydrogen to support decarbonisation efforts and achieve a significant reduction in industrial pollution, securing its long-term sustainability. ⏳Tees Green Hydrogen phase 1 has already been approved for public funding by the Net Zero Hydrogen Fund (NZHF). Phase 2 is on its way to acquiring HAR2 grants and Phase 3 has been successful in Devex grant subsidy from UK Government. Big challenges are ahead, although the lights are green.   However, our ambitions are as diverse as the territory of England itself, and our other projects testify to : - In the Port of Barry, Wales, with Associated British Ports (ABP) where we are investigating the use of low-carbon hydrogen to decarbonise the Port of Barry's industrial processes. - At Holyhead, Menter Mon Ltd and Hynamics have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to secure potential future investment worth millions.   Based on our experience and achievements in France and Germany, this launch reinforces Hynamics' commitment to combating climate change and decarbonising the economy. 🌍 We'll be in touch very soon, for sure. ✨

Hynamics at SAF Connect 2024 ✈️ We had the pleasure of co-organizing the 3rd edition of SAF Connect on June 14, alongside Air France, CIM & CCMP - Groupe NOVEN and Société Générale. This event was rich in discussions on sustainable aviation fuels (SAF) and the #decarbonization of the aviation sector. Christelle Rouillé, CEO of #Hynamics, was on the microphone for the opening and closing of the event. Our team was also able to describe in a few words the challenges of the Take Kair project. Developed in Pays de Loire, Take Kair is a project for the transformation of biogenic industrial CO2 and renewable, low-carbon #hydrogen into e-fuel for aviation. In brief and in figures, it is: • 50,000 tonnes/year of e-fuels (e-kerosene, e-naphtha) • 130,000 tonnes of CO₂ avoided per year • 200 MW of water #electrolysis envisaged • Commissioning by 2030 Hynamics in the SAF? And yes, renewable and low-carbon hydrogen is a key element for their production. This is the meaning of our commitment throughout the value chain. Cet événement fut riche en discussions sur les carburants d'aviation durables (SAF) et la #décarbonation du secteur aérien. Christelle Rouillé, DG d'Hynamics, était au micro pour l'ouverture et la clôture de l'évènement. Notre équipe a également pu décrire en quelques mots les enjeux du projet Take Kair. Développé en Pays de Loire, Take Kair est un projet de transformation de CO2 industriel biogénique et d’#hydrogène renouvelable et bas carbone en e-carburant pour l’aviation. 🎤 Kathrin Schulz our Business Development Director for Germany participated in a panel discussion at ACHEMA in Frankfurt today along with experts from the French-German hydrogen industry, including HDF Energy, GRTgaz, Office franco-allemand pour la transition énergétique (DFBEW / OFATE), and Air Liquide. This panel discussion was a fantastic opportunity to showcase our vision and our commitment for a Franco-German cross border approach to supply #hydrogen to industrial customers in both countries. 🌍 Thus, Kathrin highlighted our efforts in decarbonizing the chemical #industry, and presented our projects either directly located in the vicinity of industrial offtakers or aiming at supplying hydrogen to industrial customers via national and cross-border pipeline networks. Given the current challenges accompanying the emergence of a European hydrogen #economy, we strongly support a clearer and more aligned regulatory framework between both countries, along with public aid schemes to support our efforts! ⏳ 🎤 Kathrin Schulz, unsere Director of Business Development für Deutschland, nahm heute an einer Podiumsdiskussion auf der ACHEMA 2024 in Frankfurt teil, zusammen mit Experten aus der französisch-deutschen Wasserstoffindustrie, darunter HDF Energy, GRT gaz, OFATE / BDEW und Air Liquide.
