Athletes, however, benefit from a comprehensive Olympic infrastructure. 🏃♂️ For years, Katherine led a team of 15 professionals—spanning from psychologists, therapists, coaches, to physiotherapists—all dedicated to optimizing athletes for success. This team pushed athletes beyond their limits, enhancing their resilience to stress and pressure, and instilling the confidence to perform at their best on game day. Katherine calls it « the team behind the team. » 👉 Entrepreneurs, on the other hand, don’t have this built-in support. They must create it themselves.
