Question Ryzen 7700 runs hotter and boosts to lower frequency with XMP/Expo memory profile

In Cinerbench R23 the CPU boost reaches 4.9 Ghz on all cores. When using XMP/EXPO is active the boost reaches only 4.7 Ghz

Set a manual overclock to 4.9 with xmp on and see what happens, if your system is giving errors in like a program called occt it’s no good. Test with occt to see if your overclock is stable. I overcloked my gpu with a +95 on the core, bug thanks to occt i found out it’s unstable and a stable core mhz was 45+

It only happened in Ciberbench. In Geekbench the score improved with EXPO 6000 Mhz and CL30.
Ran OCCT (CPU+RAM) stability test for an hour and got no errors. With -15 CPU undervolt from BIOS the CPU always stayed under 75 degrees Celsius. Boost on all Cores was 4.8 Ghz with 90W power.
