Folderico

Windows XP has been around for almost 5 years, and you might be getting sick of working with a system that always looks the same and the icons that you always see.

Folderico is a free application for Windows that allows you to change the default icons for your favorite folders and give your desktop and file browser a new look.

Changing the look of an icon is as easy as selecting the folder and applying the desired icon. You can do this by either using an icon that you already have, or choosing one from among the five default icons included in the application.

You can also apply icons directly from the folder´s context menu. And if you are not entirely happy with the changes you make, Folderico can always restore the icons to those you had before the installation.
