European Union family member
- as understood by the DIRECTIVE 2004/38/EC (Freedom of Movement)
A family member is:
- the spouse/partner
- the direct descendants who are under the age of 21
- the dependent direct relatives in the ascending line
of a European Union citizen (or those of their spouse or partner).
