Suspected sockpuppets[edit]
This editor is actually the community-banned Australian railroad IP, editing for the first time as a registered user. They have been indefinitely blocked on Commons for block evasion already (courtesy ping to the blocking Commons admin User:Pi.1415926535). Very strong overlap in articles of interest and editing behavior (and poor spelling and grammar). Previous IPs have located to Sydney and Melbourne, Australia, and I'll note that LB&SCR E2's timecard sure as hell looks like UTC+10 (Melbourne and Sydney). I have included several of their more recent IPs (and a few from last year, which I recognize will be stale) to show the overlap in editing topics. It is worth noting that this account was created about 10 days after their most recent IP was blocked by HJ Mitchell for block evasion. Trainsandotherthings (talk) 21:40, 10 May 2024 (UTC)

- The named account is now blocked. They admitted they are from Australia, but only because I blocked them as a sock of a different master. The IPs listed here haven't edited in a while, so no further action is needed at this time. Closing. Bbb23 (talk) 16:06, 29 May 2024 (UTC)

The editor on 202.45.119.134 has already admitted to being this sockmaster and was blocked for one month. However, the two named accounts still need to be dealt with (they've been blocked on Commons already as socks of this master). I've included their most recent IP before the current blocked one, which shows an extremely strong overlap with EspeeRailfan02 to the point it's blatant (smoking gun here). More evidence at ANI. - @TarnishedPath: I am fairly confident this editor and Aecws are different people, based on differences in behavior and editing interests. This editor (the infamous Australian railroad IP) has a strong affinity for the Southern Pacific Railroad. In any case, the offending accounts and IPs here have been blocked, so this particular entry can be closed and archived. Trainsandotherthings (talk) 13:20, 4 July 2024 (UTC)

Suspected sockpuppets[edit]
IP has recently edited EMD SD9 at Special:Diff/1232485196. EMD SD9 is an article that the sockmaster is known to go back to repeatedly and IP address geolocates to Australia which is where the sockmaster is known to edit from when using IP addresses. @Daniel has already blocked the IP and posting here just as a record.
