Hi. Thanks for patrolling new pages, but on Ajay majhi just now, WP:CSD#A1 wasn't the best tag to use: short though it was, the subject (this guy) and the context were clear enough. It made no claim of importance, though, so it was a clear-cut WP:CSD#A7, and that's how I deleted it. The advantage of getting the tag right is that the messages on the newbie's talk page are more likely to give him some clue for next time. Keep up the good work! I see that you moved the page Yuri Podladchikov to Iouri Podladchikov. While I realize you were trying to take initiative and WP:BE BOLD, this is, in fact, still an incorrect spelling. I assure you, if it was as simple as that, I would have moved it over a week ago. I started the move discussion because the article cannot be moved to the correct spelling without the help of an administrator. I think your move will only cause confusion. Google Code-In, Google-organized contest in which the Wikimedia Foundation participates, starts in a few weeks. This contest is about taking high school students into the world of opensource. I'm sending you this message because you recently edited a documentation page at the English Wikipedia.

Hello! Voting in the 2021 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 6 December 2021. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
