Sir,

This is nothing short of a slap in the face.

"You do not have permission to edit this page, for the following reason:

Your IP address is in a range that has been blocked on all Wikimedia Foundation wikis.

The block was made by Trijnstel (meta.wikimedia.org). The reason given is Open proxy.

Start of block: 00:26, 17 January 2020 Expiry of block: 00:26, 17 January 2021 "

I don't even know what an "open proxy" is and I don't want to know.

I have done constructive editing for the past 13 years. My history and my work have been ignored. I don't appreciate your system and I am done with editing.

Dear User Xufanc,

As part of protecting Wikimedia projects from anonymous vandalism, at times we are forced to block ranges of IP addresses. These blocks sometimes affect innocent users due to the dynamic nature of IP addressing. The global block you mention is not directed at you personally, and the reason you cannot edit or create an account is your IP, or the range in which your IP falls, was previously used by someone to vandalize a Wikimedia project or projects and was blocked to protect that project or projects.

Although you have are blocked on one wiki, I think you could be eligible for a global IP block exemption.

Yours sincerely, Aaron Green --- Wikimedia Stewards
