Gameplay?

[edit]

Article probably needs to describe what the gameplay is like within each epoch - I'm intrigued by this game but I don't know quite what it is yet ;) Playclever (talk) 22:14, 23 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

We use to play this a lot in the 90s, and sadly just had to chuck my copy due to damp/mould. Very displeased. Anyway, the one thing that struck me about the game play was - unlike a lot of games with hordes of counters, the counters didn't *move* after they where placed (they could be removed of course). This made the game much cleaner to play than ones where you're carefully pushing counters around without disturbing other bits of teh game (World in Flames... I'm thinking of you!). Just my tuppence. I've trimmed the epochs- WP isn't an instruction manual, maybe brief component listings are needed in wargame articles, but this is WP:INDISCRIMINATE and perfect example of what WP is not. VickKiang (talk) 03:47, 31 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
