Theme song?

[edit]

Who knows it?? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 172.165.140.84 (talk) 00:28, 14 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Encyclopedia Histeria! has lyrics to all the songs.

Television's Invention

[edit]

I'd take this show with a grain of salt. It claims Farnsworth invented TV before Baird. Look them up. (John Logie Baird and Philo Farnsworth.) 1927 is not before 1926 (and Baird displayed more than a line on the screen too). - 58.179.240.90 (talk) 19:01, 27 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Copyediting in the tables

[edit]

Did some copyediting in the tables. I'm pretty sure "the gang meet" (for example) is more correct than "the gang meets", so I made that consistent. Show sounds like a hoot and almost makes me want to watch TV shows again.

Unsure about three things:

"Marry had a Little Lamb 2000" - Should be "Mary"?

"attends the trial of the century witch Socrates." - What is a century witch, and why would Socrates be called one? Should be "with"?

"It's one small step for man" - Should be "for a man"? That's necessary to make the quote make sense, and that's how Armstrong said he said it (although it's disputed as to whether he accidentally omitted the "a" in all the excitement). ―Mandruss  19:14, 26 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

IMDB is not a reliable source as it can be edited by anyone with no editorial oversight. Can you provide a reliable reference for the information? QuiteUnusual (talk) 13:17, 29 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
