I took a photo of Moonlight Beach in Old Encinitas a while ago, the photograph is creative commons attribution license, so wikipedia is free to use it if they wish, (I just don’t know how to put it up!) http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=89759039&size=o

Done! Feel free to update the information about the photo here: [1] OhNoitsJamieTalk 06:24, 16 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Although the flower industry is slowly giving way to residential development the city remains home to some of the finest surfing breaks south of trestles. The Encinitas 101 corridor passing through Leucadia, Old Encinitas, and Cardiff retains much of the 'old' coastal flavor of a California beach community.

Someone put that "Sexy Asians" make up .001% of the population. Was this intentional? I can't think of a reason the word "sexy" belongs there. Removing it.

It's a nonsense to say that homes in new Encinitas are of a higher value. Homes in old Encinitas are often torn down to build larger homes. Also, homes in old Encinitas often have sea views. The per acre land values are higher in old Encinitas overall. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Macdorman (talkcontribs) 12:16, 12 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Marion Ross

[edit]

Under "current residents" is it possible to change the entry for Marion Ross so it's reads something similar to: Marion Ross, actress, Mrs. C from Happy Days

Tom Waits

[edit]

Tom Waits was listed as a current resident, however the wikipedia page on Tom Waits lists him as living in Sonoma, so I removed him from the list unless someone can add a source. 76.176.235.55 (talk) 23:29, 23 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Patti Page

[edit]

Please add "Patti Page, Singer" to the former residents section. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patti_Page — Preceding unsigned comment added by AbuelitaGG (talkcontribs) 16:50, 11 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Notable People - John Wesley

[edit]

John Wesley, Former USA Bobsled driver/Professional Stuntman, third notable individual from the bottom, links to an 18th century British figure, i.e. unrelated. I tried to lookup the real individual from the disambiguation page, but there is no page for this specific individual. I assume the link should be removed for now, but I'll leave the decision to someone who manages this page regularly. — Preceding unsigned comment added by PointAdvance (talkcontribs) 10:20, 21 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@PointAdvance: I searched for a source to support John Wesley but found nothing. I removed the entry. Thanks. Magnolia677 (talk) 11:21, 21 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
