India

[edit]

Any idea, when it will be available in India? [Airtel/Vodafone] --Rsrikanth05 (talk) 18:39, 30 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Contrast with other BlackBerry models

[edit]

Can anyone contrast this with other BlackBerry models? --Doradus (talk) 16:33, 21 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Categories

[edit]

Does anyone know why categories don't seem to be working on this page? -- Gordon Ecker (talk) 03:44, 8 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed, it was an unclosed ref tag. -- Gordon Ecker (talk) 03:49, 9 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Needs to mention the spec of the Blackberry Bold 9700 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.63.15.61 (talk) 22:39, 23 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Merge

[edit]

Merge the bold 9700 article here as it is in the same line of phones, and we shouldn't have different articles for each phone in the line. The Pearl has one article and most automobiles that have run for decades with much more change just have one article. Ejfetters (talk) 04:02, 4 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Merging >>>>> GO Ahead

[edit]

I agree as all the other devices with multiple models have one page with sections. So why should this be the excetion with little extra information.Yours (talk) 07:37, 16 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

What's specifically is wrong about linking to a bunch of reviews of the product? This one: click —Preceding unsigned comment added by TobiasK (talkcontribs) 18:46, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop adding websites you are associated with to Wikipedia. - MrOllie (talk) 18:49, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I need to know what rule I'm violating. I've made a link to a site which gathers some reviews. No big deal. I think it's pretty helpful and relevant. —Preceding unsigned comment added by TobiasK (talkcontribs) 18:53, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
WP:ELNO points 1, 4, 5, and 11, as well as the guidelines on conflict of interest, and spam, which I already told you when you asked on my talk page. - MrOllie (talk) 18:59, 29 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

CPU Speed

[edit]
Is there any chance of adding the speed of the CPUs on Blackberry devices? It helps make decisions on how good their technology actually is.. Thanx —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.59.247.242 (talk) 18:57, 13 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Not necessarily, might have an i7 in it and run terrible due to a memory leak in the OS. 115.130.33.123 (talk) 06:22, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

File:Blackberry 9780 .jpeg Nominated for speedy Deletion

[edit]
An image used in this article, File:Blackberry 9780 .jpeg, has been nominated for speedy deletion at Wikimedia Commons for the following reason: Copyright violations
What should I do?
Speedy deletions at commons tend to take longer than they do on Wikipedia, so there is no rush to respond. If you feel the deletion can be contested then please do so (commons:COM:SPEEDY has further information). Otherwise consider finding a replacement image before deletion occurs.

Bold 9650 merging

[edit]

Shouldn't the BlackBerry Bold 9650 article be merged here considering the 9700 was merged? I suck at formatting on here (see the info box for the 9650 in this article) otherwise I would attempt it.--12.200.149.30 (talk) 21:17, 15 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Merge discussion

[edit]
The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section. A summary of the conclusions reached follows.
The proposal to merge the individual Bold models into the main article was uncontested for almost three weeks. I see a consensus and will merge the articles. Alanl (talk) 03:13, 4 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I believe that the pages for each individual Bold model (e.g. BlackBerry Bold 9650 (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views), BlackBerry Bold 9900 (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views), etc.) should be merged into this main Bold article. I do not believe individual, largely one or two paragraph articles, need to exist for each specific model of Bold. Thoughts? Ithizar (talk)

I agree, and it should have been done already. There are no individual articles for the Bold models except for this one, and it should be folded back into the main Bold article. Jhw57 (talk) 18:12, 12 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Bold 9790 picture

[edit]

I got a BlackBerry Bold 9790 this morning and I saw there wasn't a picture of it on the article. I have taken a picture of mine and will upload it tomorrow afternoon (~3:00pm (GMT+4)). AndieM (Am I behaving?) 14:23, 4 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
