I understand some of the changes made by Tommyjb, but I don't really understand why the external links I entered should be changed to "references", when they do not have an immediate connection (nor are quotes of) what is supposedly being referred.--lola 19:25, 11 June 2011 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by lola (talkcontribs) [reply]

They were already called references before I edited them (see here). I simply put them in proper reference format. I did this because, as far as I know, it's bad form to have a reference which isn't connected to the body of the article. I could be wrong, but I can't think of a single article which has 'references' of the kind I saw in this article. Tommyjb Talk! (19:55, 11 June 2011)
You are right. I think I should have named them "External links" in the first place. Sorry to bother you.--diezlola 20:08, 11 June 2011 (UTC)lola
Not at all. I just made some minor changes; feel free to edit anything I do, as you may know the subject better than I do. Also, for your information, you can sign your name on these discussion pages by using four tildes (~~~~). Tommyjb Talk! (02:36, 12 June 2011)

The reference about the languages the book has been translated into points only to its Spanish translation. I agree on adding a link, but I would rather suggest this page, as it mentions several languages and not just one.--lola 19:35, 11 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I added that mainly as a notability reference. Every Wikipedia article has to prove, in its references, that its subject is notable enough to deserve a place on Wikipedia. Perhaps my addition wasn't required; it's debatable. Feel free to edit my changes, of course. I would say, though, that the above link doesn't seem to prove much, at least at a glance. Tommyjb Talk! Thank you for the explanation. I didn't know about that notability reference, and if you think it is necessary then I rely on you.lola
